Assists with the intake, assignment and delegation of corrective and periodic work orders related to the various systems throughout the Health Center properties.Provides continuous training and updates to boiler operators.Audits vendors work to ensure jobs are completed in accordance with hospital quality standards.Coordinates Plant Ops staffing schedules in conjunction with the Lead Plant Operator (General Trades) to ensure adequate staffing is always maintained.Supports the overall activities of the Department by coordinating tasks and manpower assignments to maximize productivity and efficient operations.Qualifications:Job Requirements:High School Graduate.Job Preferred Requirements:Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
