Financial Outlook and Driver Incentives:
- Established Solo Operators: Earn an estimated gross of 1200 to 1400 USD each week.
- Paid Student Apprenticeship: New graduates receive 650 USD per week during a comprehensive 4-to-6 week road training process.
- Transition and Route Bonuses: Get 300 USD for completing your onboarding, plus an extra 15 USD for every multi-stop drop required along your run.
- Premium Assets: Take command of up-to-date, expertly serviced commercial tractors.
- Bring Your Companions: Take advantage of our welcoming rider and pet authorization benefits once you complete your initial field training.
Dispatch Logistics and Home Rotations:
- Weekly Volume: Enjoy steady, predictable runs averaging close to 2500 miles per week.
- Time at Home: Maintain a stable work-life balance with a 14-day on-road / 2-day home rotation schedule.
- Shift Adaptability: Tailor your routine with both daytime and nighttime driving windows available.

Minimum Safety and Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Class A CDL.

- Compliance with standard DOT physicals and mandatory drug screening (utilizing both urine and hair sample analysis).
- Clear, verifiable, and consistent background check history.
