The Insurance Professional will play a vital role in managing various insurance products including property and casualty, life, auto, home, and flood insurance. This position offers the opportunity to work within a small team environment and provides support in policy management, customer service, and sales activities. Reporting to both the Insurance Manager and Sales Manager, the role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication to ensure excellent client service and sales support, all without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain insurance policies across multiple product lines
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Support sales activities and facilitate the sales process
• Collaborate within a small team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in policy documentation and record keeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in the insurance industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance license required eventually, but not necessary at start
• Knowledge of insurance policies and sales techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
