Food Services Assistant

Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Food Services Assistant/ Prep Cook for a large, well-known client's on-site cafe in Bowling Green, OH. As a Food Service Assistant/ Prep Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation, following food safety guidelines, serving food to the associates, and assisting with on-site catering.


Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shift is: Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm

Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Responsibilities of the Prep Cook/Sous Chef:
• Food preparation
• Helping with on-site catering
• Following food safety guidelines


Required Qualifications of the Temporary Cook/Sous Chef:
• At least 3 years of kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food safety laws (ServSafe certified is ideal, but not required)
• Catering experience a plus
