Job Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll work closely with different business units to manage a variety of roles and ensure the effective and efficient hiring of IT, finance, and other corporate positions. Responsibilities Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake to post-offer. Build strong relationships with both leaders and candidates. Manage a variety of roles across different business units and levels. Work independently with little to no direction. Utilize Applicant Track System for efficient and organized recruitment. Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process. Engage in cold calling to source potential candidates. Carry out corporate recruiting activities. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a recruiting role within the Wholesale Distribution industry. Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Track System for recruitment processes. Demonstrated experience conducting Background Checks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Proven ability in Cold Calling to source potential candidates. Experience in Corporate Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various corporate roles. Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms for recruitment.
