Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role and level of responsibilities. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
