We have an immediate opening for a Doctor of Chiropractic who has experience with Functional Medicine and wants to build a long-term practice within a proven clinical and operational system.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who is confident in hands-on patient care, understands the fundamentals of Functional Medicine, and wants mentorship, structure, and a clear path for growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to reinvent everything independently.

You do not need to know everything about Functional Medicine. You do need a working foundation, clinical curiosity, and the desire to grow within an established model.

WHO WE ARE

We are a rapidly growing healthcare organization with three busy chiropractic clinics, serving hundreds of new patients each month. Our practices integrate chiropractic care with functional and systems-based health approaches to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Our clinics see a consistent flow of patients with thyroid and metabolic dysfunction, blood sugar imbalance, digestive and inflammatory issues, autoimmune and endocrine challenges, chronic pain, and other complex health cases. Some cases are straightforward, while others are more complex. You will not be expected to manage everything alone. You will be supported by protocols, systems, and mentorship.

Our clinics are modern, well-marketed, and professionally run, allowing doctors to focus on patient care rather than administrative stress.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a Doctor of Chiropractic who has some Functional Medicine experience, and is interested in taking it to the next level. 

You should be comfortable treating musculoskeletal conditions, reviewing and discussing basic blood work with patients, understanding how nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation influence health, and thinking in terms of root causes rather than symptom suppression. You do not need to be an expert in every system, but you do need to be coachable, motivated, and committed to adapting and growing.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

Providing chiropractic care as the clinical foundation. Participating in a structured Functional Medicine process. Learning and applying our established systems for patient care and outcomes. Communicating clearly with patients about labs, care plans, and expectations. Documenting appropriately in our EMR and managing basic digital workflows.

We will train you in our specific systems and protocols. What matters most is your mindset, baseline competence, and willingness to grow.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Doctor of Chiropractic, licensed or license-eligible. Some real-world exposure to Functional Medicine, clinical rather than purely academic. Strong communication skills with patients and team members. Comfort with basic technology including EMR, email, PDFs, and lab portals. Professional writing and communication standards. Desire to build a practice within a team and system.

This is not a short-term associate role. We are looking for someone who wants to develop clinically and professionally over time.
