Forklift Operator (Inventory Control)

Description Maxxima, a leader in LED lighting and electrical products for HD trucks and consumer markets, is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Hauppauge, NY distribution warehouse. Pay & Schedule: $20-$23/hour (based on experience), weekly pay Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed) What You'll Do: Operate a stand-on forklift to receive, load, and unload shipments Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and bin/shelf management Prioritize purchase orders for productivity Cross-train in picking, packing, and shipping Support other warehouse projects as needed What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years operating a forklift in a warehouse/distribution setting (stand-on forklift experience preferred) Current, unexpired forklift certification Valid driver's license WMS (warehouse management system) experience Working knowledge of forklift mechanics/maintenance Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for a full shift Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or on a team Why Join Us: Weekly pay Paid time off & holidays 401(k) with company match Highly subsidized medical coverage Dental, vision & life insurance Employee discounts on products, travel & entertainment Apply today and join a company that's been an industry leader in LED lighting for over 40 years.
