What You’ll Do

As a CTS Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll:

• Interpret and maintains quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintains quality control procedures for each stage of the manufacturing and/or installation process and conducts regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collects data for identifying trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures documentation is complete, organized, and accessible for audits.
• Performs improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, and reduce defects.
• Works closely with team members to address quality issues, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitors customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions.
• Collaborates with team members to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Identifies potential risks to product quality and mitigates risk through collaborative problem solving and contingency plans.
• Participates in quality control meetings with project team and/or customer.
• Maintains Quality and Commissioning Schedules on the jobsite .
• Communicates and manages open observations with installation teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have 3+ years commercial electrical experience.
• NFPA 70E preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Committed to being drug free.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, preferred
