Reliability Engineer

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, implementing strategic asset management plans and conducting reliability analyses to enhance performance and compliance. Key responsibilities Implement strategic asset management plans and integrate data from various systems to optimize maintenance programs Conduct root cause failure analyses and develop risk mitigation strategies for critical assets Perform engineering operations, including condition assessments and audits, to ensure compliance and improve equipment reliability Required qualifications BS in an Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred) Five to ten years of experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance methods Experience with building automation systems and data analytics Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
