Are you a Licensed plumber looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing, customer-first company? Our brand-new 1 Tom Plumber South Minneapolis franchise is officially open and we're building a powerhouse team from the ground up. If you take pride in quality work, punctuality, and professional service, we want to hear from you!

As a Licensed Plumber with 1 Tom Plumber, you’ll be handling:

Residential and commercial plumbing service calls
Drain cleaning and water heater installation
Leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture installation, and more
Emergency and same-day plumbing solutions (rotating on-call schedule)

What We’re Looking For

Active Journeyman Plumber license, Minneapolis/St. Paul MN
3+ years of experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Someone looking for growth with a new Plumbing Business

Compensation and Benefits

$90,000-$125,000 (Hourly+Commission+Bonus)
