Information Technology Systems Integrator

Salary: $140,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• We seek 3–6 years of experience in systems integration, enterprise application development, or a related technical role.
• We require hands-on experience with ERP systems; Epicor is strongly preferred, though experience with platforms such as SAP, Infor, or NetSuite is also relevant.
• We require demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI/LLM APIs, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• We require proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Python, C#, or JavaScript/Node.js.
• We require experience with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and API gateway patterns.
• We seek familiarity with ETL patterns, SQL querying, and relational database design.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• We value experience with RAG architectures, vector databases such as Pinecone or pgvector, and prompt engineering.
• We value familiarity with Epicor BAQs, BPMs, and the Epicor REST API.
• We value experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• We value a background in discrete manufacturing, metal finishing, job-shop environments, or supply chain.
• We value exposure to middleware or iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or Make.
• We seek knowledge of data governance principles, including PII handling and access control.

• We rely on you to design and maintain AI- and LLM-powered tools for our workflows, including internal knowledge assistants, document summarization, and process automation agents.
• You will connect LLMs to our internal data, develop RAG pipelines, assess models and hosting approaches, refine prompts, and implement guardrails, access controls, and audit logging.
• You will own integrations between our Epicor ERP and external systems, building and maintaining API connections, BAQ exports, and ETL pipelines.
• You will bring external data into Epicor workflows with appropriate validation and error handling, monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and work with functional users to identify ERP automation opportunities.
• You will identify manual handoffs across departments and create automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, custom scripts, or middleware.
• You will support integrations across HR, production scheduling, shop floor, and customer service systems, and build or maintain internal APIs and microservices.
• You will document integration architecture, data flows, and dependencies to support maintainability and business continuity.
• You will design operational dashboards and reports that present KPIs from Epicor and connected systems, and build data models and pipelines for analysis by managers and leadership.
• You will partner with operations and finance to define metrics, data definitions, and reporting schedules, and maintain a reporting layer or data warehouse.
• You will support system reliability, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, data protection, timely technical issue resolution, upgrades and projects, accurate documentation, user support, and successful internal and external audits.

This Systems Integrator role works across manufacturing operations, our Epicor ERP platform, and emerging AI capabilities, partnering with department leaders, process owners, and IT to turn business needs into lasting technical solutions. The role supports business-critical operations and compliance with DFARS, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 2 requirements. Work is in person, in both office and manufacturing environments, with a schedule of at least 40 hours per week; occasional after-hours or on-call support and approximately 10%–25% travel may be required.
