The position ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team Leader direction, Traveler information and Standard Operating Procedures.What You'll Do:Reads and interprets work instructions on the traveler to verify coupon quantity and specifications for each microsectionVisually inspects coupons and ensures proper serialization before removing the microsection samplesCuts the incoming test strips based on traveler specificationsInserts positioning pins in coupons and places the microsections into moldOperates oven according to SOP or TravelerPrepares acrylic and epoxyGrinds, polishes and washes the microsection according to the SOPPerforms other duties as neededWhat You'll Bring:Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the jobAbility to understand and follow all safety codes and requirements.Must be detailed oriented and self-motivateMust be able to remain focused with minor interruptionsExcellent attendance and punctualityMust be able to work overtime as requiredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferredPrinted Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing experience is preferredPlease note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds; as well as repetitive hand and finger motion.
