NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Jupiter, FL Position: NICU Registered Nurse (RN) Facility Type: Acute Care Pay Rate: $59-63/hr Job Type: Per diem. Pay rates and facility needs may vary. Clinicians must be local (live within this city or surrounding areas) to qualify for this shift. Job Description: As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to newborn infants with critical health conditions, including performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, managing ventilatory support, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Requirements Current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications. Minimum of 1 year inpatient experience as a NICU RN, most recent within the last year. APRNs must have recent bedside experience under RN scope of practice. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate skilled patient care. Familiarity with ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP, incubators, fetal intubation, and central line placement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
