About the Position

Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) ($3,168/Week)

Location: Concord, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)
Shift: Day Shift | 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $3,168/week (Travel)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure safe patient care.
• Prepare the operating room, instruments, and surgical equipment.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation (2 call shifts/month and weekend call every 6 weeks).

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Massachusetts RN License (or proof of application at the time of offer)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must be willing to float as needed
• Local and travel candidates accepted (Local rate is $8/hour less within 50 miles)
