We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Compensation & Benefits Total compensation package up to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Base salary plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped) starting after engaging a minimum level of treatment delivery per week. Mentorship bonuses for supervision hours toward a Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses for therapists who become certified under your supervision. Relocation packages available. 401(k) with company match. Remote, work-from-home days: 3 days per month. Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:00am–6:30pm with rotating Saturday morning schedule. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseloads: support up to 8 children.
