Allendale Nursing & Rehab is looking for YOU!!!

Position Details

• Full-Time: 2nd Shift

• Part-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift

• 8 & 12 hour shifts

Compensation

• RN COMPENSATION - New Higher Wages!!

  • $43.40 - $46.65 / hour
    Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential

Sign-On Bonus Details

• RN: $6,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)
  (paid in installments)

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments

• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team

• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What You Bring

• Active RN license (Michigan)

• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)

• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care

• Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
