BCForward is currently looking for Assembler in Marana, AZ 85653

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Marana, AZ 85653

Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)

Shift: 1st shift position (6:00AM to 2:30PM, M-F)

Job description:

• Assemble products following specifications
• Ensure quality control during assembly
• Maintain production efficiency
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors
• Cross train on multiple stations
• Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.

Position Requirements:

• 0–5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

Education:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Associates degree is preferred but not required
