Temp Security Officer

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a security officer for assignment in Dubuque, Iowa. Hours: Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm; Tuesday/Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am. 36 hours per week at $20 per hour. Please be aware, this is only a temporary account, the duration of which is unknown at this time.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license, with no disqualifying violations on a motor vehicle report within the last 5 years.
• Consent to a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check.
• Meet eligibility requirements for a state security license. We will assist in obtaining one for those that qualify.

Job Duties:

• Conduct mobile rounds at client's warehouse sites to deter and prevent trespassing and theft.
• Ensure that only those that are authorized to do so, remove property from site.

Please note: All new hires will be required to travel to our corporate location in Davenport, IA for a 1-day orientation and training.
