Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday | On-Call & Weekends as Needed

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The CPO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care related to orthotic and prosthetic services, including the design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance of devices. This role involves supervising clinical operations, laboratory functions, and materials management, ensuring that all services meet established clinical protocols and organizational performance objectives. The CPO will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of orthotic and prosthetic device management, including design, fabrication, fitting, and maintenance, in alignment with patient needs and physician guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate and assess patient requirements for orthotic and prosthetic services.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, performance objectives, and quality standards for patient care.
• Monitor clinician productivity, workflow planning, and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CPO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong clinical and supervisory skills, with a focus on quality patient care and operational efficiency.
