The RN is responsible for assessment, care planning, treatment, patient education, documentation, and coordination with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.Key DutiesPerform independent nursing and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards.Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' health status and clinical condition.Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.Provide supportive and restorative care to promote patient health and recovery.Monitor patient response to treatments and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, recovery, and discharge needs.Skills & QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Colorado or compact licensePrevious RN Med Surg or Ortho experience required.BLS (AHA) required.
