AZ Registered Nurse LDRP Contract

Location: Globe Arizona

Pay Rate: $74.00/hr $78.00/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts Call

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 4 years required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an LDRP contract opportunity in Globe AZ. This role supports Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum care in a small hospital setting with approximately one birth per day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients

  • Support obstetric postpartum and newborn care needs

  • Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery

  • Assist with deliveries recovery and postpartum care

  • Respond to patient changes and escalate concerns appropriately

  • Work 12-hour night shifts with call coverage as required

  • Collaborate with providers and clinical team members

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Registered Nurse License required

  • Minimum 4 years of LDRP Labor and Delivery or OB nursing experience required

  • AHA Basic Life Support required

  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support required

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support required

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program required

  • AWHONN required

  • STABLE certification required

  • Flu vaccine required with no exceptions

  • Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility

  • RTO limited to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract

  • Holiday coverage required
