Infrastructure Engineer (Multiple Positions Available)

Responsibilities Provide front line product support, proactive monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, security, maintenance, and incident management for storage environment. Work closely with clients, vendors, other incident management teams and technical staff to install and maintain high‑performance storage hardware. Maintain stability of transactions and troubleshoot storage, server, load balancer, application, network, database issues across all environments. Debug issues in the production environment by analyzing logs, collecting metrics, and leveraging application‑monitoring tools; create solutions for sustained resiliency. Partner with customers to understand new projects and cross‑pipeline requirements. Serve as a liaison with internal monitoring teams to ensure appropriate alerting is in place. Qualifications Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Infrastructure Engineer, Storage Engineer, or Systems Engineer. Experience with block storage solutions: EMC PowerFlex, VMAX, PowerMax, VNX, NetApp SolidFire, HP‑3PAR, ECS, Storage fabrics, Brocade and Cisco SAN switches. Experience with cloud block storage (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP). Proficiency in storage protocols such as iSCSI, FC, or NVMe/TCP. Knowledge of block and object storage implementation and best practices. Root‑cause analysis of production incidents and recommendation of tactical and strategic solutions to SRE teams. Experience with the software development lifecycle: design, implementation, and delivery. Familiarity with cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages. Experience working with Agile methodologies and lean philosophies. Job Location: 880 Powder Mill Rd., Wilmington, DE 19803. Full‑Time.
