Part-Time Afternoon Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description

Job Description

Description:

More Than a Job. A Place to Grow.

At Spark Learning, we're building something different.

We're a locally owned, BCBA-led organization that believes great therapy starts with great relationships. Our team uses a naturalistic, play-based approach to ABA that focuses on meaningful progress, child-led learning, and helping every child build confidence, independence, and connection.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or just beginning your journey in ABA, you'll find supportive mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

If you're looking for a workplace where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work makes a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning, you'll work directly with children and families to help create meaningful progress through play, connection, and evidence-based intervention.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led therapy sessions.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect accurate and timely session data.
• Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using evidence-based strategies.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment where children can thrive.

Why Spark?

• Play-Based Therapy

We believe therapy should be engaging, meaningful, and fun. Our therapists spend their days playing, teaching, exploring, and connecting with children—not sitting at a table running programs for hours.

• Supportive Clinical Leadership

Our BCBAs are accessible, involved, and invested in your success. You'll receive regular feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to develop your clinical skills.

• A Team That Has Your Back

We're collaborative, encouraging, and passionate about what we do. We celebrate wins together and support one another through challenges.

• Growth Opportunities

Whether your goal is becoming a Lead RBT, pursuing BCBA certification, or gaining experience for a future career in psychology, education, speech therapy, or healthcare, Spark provides opportunities to help you get there.

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive compensation
• Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for advancement
• Professional development assistance
