Independent Contractors – Insurance Property Surveyors Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys on residential and commercial properties. The role involves taking photos of the property, collecting property details and condition data, and submitting timely reports online. Responsibilities Travel to inspections and capture photographic evidence of the property. Collect and record property details and overall condition information. Prepare comprehensive survey reports. Submit completed reports via the PC/Desktop system with necessary attachments. Requirements Reliable vehicle to drive to inspection sites. Windows 10 or newer computer running Microsoft operating system. Smartphone or digital camera for photo capture. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills.
