As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and other essential services. You will also maintain accurate records, report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff, and participate in routine care activities. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and other essential services

• Assist with routine care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Maintain accurate records and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaboration

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
