Rate of Pay: $53,516 - $105,037 (2026-2027)

Qualifications:

1. Valid & Current Michigan Teaching Certificates
2. Official transcripts from a regionally accredited college or university
3. Preferred - Teaching and/or administrative experience including experience in leadership and professional learning

Job Objective:
To develop and support the effective implementation of the district's data systems and assessment practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement. The Data and Assessment Coordinator/Coach will lead and support the strategic use of data to inform instructional decisions, enhance student achievement, and guide continuous improvement efforts at the district and building levels. This role will collaborate with district and school-level teams to ensure access to timely, relevant, and user-friendly data reports; facilitate high-quality data conversations; and oversee the coordination and administration of local and state assessments.

Position Summary:
The Data and Assessment Coordinator/Coach is a strategic and collaborative leader who proactively manages, analyzes, and communicates district- and school-level data. The Coordinator facilitates clear, actionable data conversations with administrators, instructional coaches, MTSS/RtLC teams, and central office leaders to support student outcomes. This position is responsible for the coordination of all district assessments and testing systems, the creation of customized data reports and visuals, and the development of staff capacity in assessment literacy and data use. The Coordinator takes initiative in identifying data trends and needs and supports the development of an integrated, data-driven culture across the district.
