Location: Arbordale, 2727 82nd Place, Urbandale IA 50322
The shift for this role is Tuesday thru Friday, 3:30 PM to 6:45 PM, and it pays $15 an hour.

Our Servers/Wait Staff:
- Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents!
- Help set up tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- On occasion, set up and prepare food items
- Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully stocked
- Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes, answering questions and making suggestions
- Process resident orders to ensure items are prepared properly and served promptly
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!
- Must be 15 years of age; if under 18, parental permission is required
- Ability to quickly learn and familiarize yourself with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and answer the residents' questions
- Ability to help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
- Able to read, write, and speak basic to intermediate English
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
