Empowering People's Independence (EPI)
Empowering People’s Independence (EPI) provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and brain injury to help them live healthier, more independent lives. This role supports clients by assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and participating in outings as outlined in care plans.
The position emphasizes advocacy, rights protection, and collaboration with the care team to promote dignity and safety.
