3rd Shift - Sanitation Technician

Summary: The Sanitation Technician is responsible for safe operations, ensuring all areas of production are cleaned frequently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assure that SOPs are followed and performed in accordance with GMP.
• Foster a team environment by promoting teamwork atmosphere with all employees.
• Maintain a clean environment such as walls, sinks, and floors, restrooms, and perform duty is as assigned in the facility.
• Clean and prepare all cleaning equipment/accessories following established procedures.
• Clean plastic curtains located in designated areas.
• Adhere to gowning procedures.
• Operate the Zamboni in a safe manner.
• Adherence to HACCP and Food Defense.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food industry, preferred.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
