Data AnalystAnalytica is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role will support DHA leadership and stakeholders by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics to inform decision-making across the agency. The position will require working closely with both technical teams and Military Health System (MHS) subject matter experts and engaging with the client on a regular basis to support recurring and ad-hoc data analysis needs. The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid healthcare, training and development funds, and a 401(k) match.Responsibilities:Analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple Military Health System (MHS) data sources to support operational and strategic decision-makingDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or TableauCollaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insightsPerform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliabilitySupport recurring reporting requirements and respond to ad-hoc data requests from DHA leadershipUtilize SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze healthcare and operational dataCommunicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesDocument data processes, methodologies, and reporting proceduresParticipate in regular client meetings and provide analytical support to ongoing program initiativesSupport continuous improvement efforts related to data analysis, reporting, and visualization processesRequired Qualifications:Active Secret ClearanceAt least 1 year of experience working with Military Health System (MHS) data, including systems such as M2, MDR, or similar healthcare data repositoriesAt least 1 year of experience creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or TableauExperience in a client-facing role, supporting stakeholders or program leadershipExperience with at least one of the following programming languages:SASSQLRPythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environmentMust be a U.S. CitizenPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)Familiarity with healthcare analytics, population health, or medical data reportingExperience working in a federal government or Department of Defense (DoD) environmentKnowledge of healthcare data governance, privacy, and compliance requirementsExperience working with large healthcare datasets and enterprise reporting systemsAbout ANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
