What You'll Do:

• Assemble tiny electronic components using microscopes and precision tools
• Follow simple work instructions and assembly drawings
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Learn technical skills like electronics assembly, soldering, and clean room processes

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
