Our organization is in search of a skilled and passionate OB/GYN physician to become a part of our established and collaborative team. This role presents a remarkable chance to engage in comprehensive OB/GYN practice, encompassing both clinic and labor delivery care, within a nurturing environment alongside two seasoned physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Three days in the clinic each week, one day dedicated to Labor and Delivery/Postpartum call, plus 0.5 to 1 day reserved for surgical procedures.
• Call Schedule: One day per week, with midwives handling most initial calls during the week.
• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including access to a DaVinci Robot for advanced minimally invasive surgeries.
• Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $405,000, along with an RVU productivity incentive bonus.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
• Quality Bonus: Additional earnings potential for achieving quality benchmarks.
• Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to assist with your move (if applicable).
• CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for continuing medical education, plus $2,000 for licensure expenses.
• Malpractice Coverage: Occurrence-based coverage for your peace of mind.
