Community-Based Behavioral Health Case Manager
Chimes
Chimes is seeking a case manager to deliver community-based behavioral health services in Easton, PA. You will assess resources and help clients live safely in the community, carrying a caseload of up to 30, with a Recovery Model approach and client-focused service plans.
Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Benefits include competitive pay and a range of employee rewards as part of a full-time position requiring PA licensure or equivalent education/experience.
