Brattleboro, VT . Both locations are award winning facilities and one mile apart. Facility is a busy five star subacute rehabilitation facility, minutes from Interstate 91 with a beautiful rehabilitation gym that has plentiful natural light. The 80 bed facility boasts a highly supportive management team focused on patient-centered care. The rehabilitation department prides itself on its Fun and Functional Therapy Program with a grocery cart, mock grocery shopping area along with a variety of other functional materials and assessments to compliment the multiple modalities we utilize. · Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting · Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment · Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed · Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation · Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation · Work well with others in a team setting · Be flexible with hours.
