The weekend call is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Hearts - it is 10 to 15 days on call and 2 weekends which consents of Friday Saturday and SundayThe more staff the less call the less staff there is more call Locals accepted: YES if over 50 miles from specific facilityPending License accepted: NoRTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. (Lawson Code NCST)My techs do not CIRCULATE. They may help the nurse in the room if needed. They will scrub the cases. Special Equipment : ***Please see additional skills checklist in document section- to include mesh measuring and additional timeout for retained or additional foreign objects-may screen over if missing any of these skills Education - Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program or Surgical Technologist training in the U.S. Armed Forces. #Tier3 Travel Compliance Extensions: Effective 2/1/26 (Nursing only, excluding CVOR) Travelers cannot extend for a 4 th consecutive contract. Travelers will need to begin the process of converting to an employee status after working their third consecutive 13-week contract or after 39 weeks. If the traveler does not wish to convert to a team member status, they will be required to take a minimum six-month separation before they are eligible to return as a traveler for the organization. Travelers must be 100 miles from every Prisma facility (regardless of where they are applying) to be eligible to travel in the system, unless they are one of the two exceptions below 90-99.9 miles are accepted at a 10% bill rate reduction 100+ miles full bill rate Exception 1: Night shift travelers for below specialties must be 50+ miles ONLY from the contracted campus they re applying to. Full BR granted at 100+ miles away. 50.0-99.9 miles is 10% bill rate reduction. Under 50 miles is ineligible. Adult Multi-Specialty Adult Medical Tele / Adult Cardiac Tele / Progressive Care All RRT Exception 2: Below specialties must be 50+ miles from the relevant flagship hospital ( Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville). Full BR granted at 100+ miles away. 50.0-99.9 miles is 10% bill rate reduction. Under 50 miles is ineligible. Operating Room (including allied and SPT) Cath Lab (including allied) CT / MRI / IR Techs / Echo Techs MLTs, SLPs, PTs, OTs, Dietitians Adult ICU Prisma Health Tuomey (All open positions) Local radius: 60 miles For CRNAs only Will consider nurses with 1+ years of recent experience in unit. Must send SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER with submittal. Orientation is every Monday. Pre Assignment testing (all RN s) and modules required for all travelers to complete within 48 hours of receiving the login information (which usually comes within 24 hours of the nurse signing their contract). Travelers are eligible for reimbursement for hours spent completing modules (up to 16 hours) and time will be verified upon start of contract. EMR experience: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required If you have any issues, please let the Account Manager or your CS know ASAP. Floating: Prisma Health s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
