Chicago Investor Seeking Licensed & Insured GC for Small MF Value-Add I'm a Chicago-based investor focused on small multifamily (2-4 units) and BRRRR -style value-add projects, primarily on the South Side. I'm looking to build relationships with licensed, insured, and reliable general contractors who have experience with light-to-moderate rehabs (kitchens, baths,flooring, drywall, basic electrical/plumbing coordination, etc.). I'm not looking for one-off emergency work. I'm intentionally building a go-to contractor relationship for current and future projects. Qualifications Is licensed, insured, and pulls permits when required Can Provide photos/references from completed Chicago projects Is comfortable working from a clear scope and milestone-based payments Communicates consistenly and professionally I’d love to connect.
