Software Engineer, Early Career

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered features including assisted requirement drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, and intelligent suggestions.
• Contribute to agentic workflows that help engineers explore designs, simulate changes, and validate requirements.
• Develop complete features across backend services, APIs, and UI.
• Build supporting infrastructure including data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, and observability.
• Work directly with customers, observe product usage, and iterate on solutions.
• Learn the domain of hardware requirements engineering.

Requirements

• Less than two years of engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and programming.
• Demonstrated ability to build real software through internships, research, open source, or personal projects.
• Some exposure to modern LLM tooling through coursework, side projects, or internships; production AI experience is not required.
• Clear communication and a pragmatic, customer-minded approach to problem solving.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
