Description: Occupational Therapy Shift: M-F 5x8s Days 0900-1730 Weekend and holiday rotation Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No CERTs: BLS and State Licensed Weekend REQ: every 6th full weekend. Get a day off during the week prior to the Saturday shift and the week after the Sunday shift. Weekend shift is 730-4 unless otherwise approved Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Float between Progress West/St Peters may be required Locals accepted: (Y/N) No 75 mile radius Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) YRTO Restrictions: no more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hrs Special Requirements: Adult Care exp required, Adaptive Equipment required, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement and Knee Injuries/total knee replacement required.
