Contract | Days | Monday – Friday | 5x8 shifts varying between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | No weekends or on-call | 4x10 schedule potential

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments to a high-volume patient population of approximately 64–68 patients per day across two treatment units
• Operate and maintain proficiency on Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE linear accelerators
• Utilize ARIA record and verify system (currently upgrading to v18.1) for accurate treatment documentation
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced cancer center environment
• Collaborate with oncology team members to ensure safe and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T) required
• Valid Illinois state license or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask in a high-volume clinical setting
• Experience with Varian linear accelerator equipment
• Experience working in a mid- to large-sized hospital or cancer center environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with both Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE platforms
• Familiarity with ARIA record and verify system, particularly version 18.1 or later
• Prior experience in a multi-linear accelerator cancer center setting
