Job Summary Working closely with the Assistant Club Manager, the Omni Supervisor provides leadership and direction within the club and drives club performance, especially in the departments they directly manage. The role includes all OMNI functions, leading the Omni team, establishing operational efficiencies, maintaining policies and procedures, and delivering an outstanding member experience. The supervisor also administers all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Maintain a clean and organized area within the OMNI space and perform daily housekeeping duties. Acquire a deep knowledge of key metrics and reporting for total club and department performance, using data to drive profitability and identify opportunities. Process member orders quickly and courteously, using handheld scanners to pick and verify merchandise while ensuring compliance with SOP for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside, and Ship from Club. Communicate inventory and equipment problems and recommend process improvements. Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner, meeting productivity requirements and SLAs. Teach, coach, and train Omni Experience Ambassadors on policies and procedures and best order‑pulling practices. Assess team member performance, provide actionable feedback, coach, and develop talent; assist in hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure proper staffing and, in collaboration with club teams, pull merchandise from reserve areas when possible. Print staging tickets, packing slips, shipping labels, and other related documents; package orders per SOP. Maintain the SFC/BOPIC area neat, clean, and organized. Process returns, handle damaged or spoiled products, and determine handling via DDR or Membership Desk. Manage daily and weekly OMNI reporting, meet productivity expectations regarding SLAs and performance metrics, and maintain all club policies and procedures. Review ordering and replenishment of supplies for the department. Adhere to dress code and other policy requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned, including working in other departments when needed. Regular, predictable full attendance is essential for this role. Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience overseeing a team of 5 or more employees in a professional setting. Goal setting for performance, meeting deadlines, and organizing workflow. Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management. Monitoring employee productivity. Communicating with Club Leadership and relaying information. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, supervising cross‑functional teams, training staff, and communicating results. Ability to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives. Commitment to outstanding service for all members. Open shift availability required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous order‑pulling experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Computer proficiency required. Environmental Job Conditions Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces; may involve bending, reaching, stooping, and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds (or more with assistance). Work occurs indoors in an environment with machinery, loud equipment, temperature extremes, and occasional exposure to cleaning agents. Pay Transparency In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation for this position starts at $17.50. Salaries vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
