Preferred Qualifications: Experience with elderly patient care, familiarity with ECS electronic medical record system, basic clinical skills (IVs, caths, ostomies), and ability to work floating shifts. The unit has a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs, with on‑site RT and pharmacy services available 24/7.
