Electrical Service Manager Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ 80,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First shift

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers.
• Meet with customers to evaluate electrical service needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls, maintenance work, and emergency repairs.
• Manage and support a team of service electricians and technicians.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct job site visits and quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Electrical Service Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership, foreman, superintendent, or service management role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with customers and preparing estimates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
