- Total Compensation Range: $85,000 - $102,000 annually (plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance).
- Competitive Bonus Opportunities: Sign-on, retention, and relocation incentives available based on location and organizational needs.

- Leadership Skills: Possess enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
- Compliance: Meet requirements for criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
