Specialty Representative/Sr Specialty Representative -Primary Care -Alpharetta, GA

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative in the Alpharetta, Georgia territory to serve as primary contact with medical professionals, delivering clinical product knowledge and driving appropriate medication utilization. The role combines sales strategy execution, account management, and payer navigation to support patients with serious illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits and product knowledge to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, branded messaging, and educational programs
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize interactions, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts
• Analyze territory performance, provide market feedback, and collaborate with District Manager on strategy
• Build and sustain brand passion while serving as patient-focused representative for Amgen products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales and/or healthcare clinical experience
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to meet or exceed territory targets
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Familiarity with complex payer environments and reimbursement processes
