• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with a midday break
• Outpatient-only position with 12 - 15 patients per day
• Telephonic after-hours call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
• Group practice setting with regional call rotation among physicians
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required
• DEA licensure required
• Strong clinical autonomy; ability to lead and adapt quickly is essential
