Job Summary: This is a full-time, in-person Home Loan Advisor Trainee position. You’ll be trained directly by top producers and company leaders in real estate finance sales. We provide paid training, leads, a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commission, and full benefits. NO mortgage experience required – just bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to win. Phase 1 – Learn the Business & Step Into Sales ( 6-12 Months) Make outbound calls and transfer potential clients to Loan Advisor Mentor Learn how our CRM works and how we track opportunities Help manage follow-up and keep detailed notes on potential clients Support Top-producing Loan Advisor on live deals & Operational task Learn Loan programs & guidelines & the loan process Flow Phase 2 – Become A Loan Advisor All the above + Manage your own client pipeline What We’re Looking For: Local to Carmel, IN - Voted Best Places to Live– this role is 100% in-person No experience needed – but sales/real estate/finance background is a plus High energy, coachable, hungry to grow Money motivated – this is a six-figure+ opportunity Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment Earning Potential - Loan Advisor $1.5M Funded Volume (5 Loans): $57,000/year
