Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, variable shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays may be required

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license (state of California)
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life support systems
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold facility safety protocols
