Senior Staff Engineer, SiC MOSFET Technology & Reliability

onsemi is seeking a Senior Member of the Technical Staff to lead development and qualification of silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs. This role reports to the CTO of the Silicon Carbide Power Division and collaborates with multiple teams to meet automotive-grade reliability and cost targets. The candidate will ensure reliability of SiC devices as they are deployed in customer packages, and will travel internationally 3–4 times per year to support customers and the company’s global footprint. #J-18808-Ljbffr onsemi
