Service Manager

Location: Kansas City Metro | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and support personnel
• Drive service department performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Oversee scheduling, utilization, inventory, and service execution
• Manage customer relationships and serve as an escalation point when needed
• Establish KPIs and implement process improvements
• Support hiring efforts and help scale the team as the organization grows
• Manage departmental performance with a focus on growth and profitability

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical/HVAC service background
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
• Experience overseeing service operations and customer relationships
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Proven ability to improve processes and build scalable systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
